Planning: To Do List & Timeline

So here is the fun scary list I've made of things that need to be accomplished:

General
- Demo...everything
- HVAC
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Hardwood Floors, Doors, Trim
- Drywall Ceilings, Walls & Paint
- Replace Staircases & Handrails
- Lighting


Out Front & Back
- Repointing
- Remove wire fence
- Repair stucco from window alterations
- Support second floor bumpout
- Build addition for bathroom (someday)
- Flower boxes/borders
- Front door with mailbox
- Window above door replaced and house number added
  

Living Room & Dining Room
- Replace windows
- Build fireplace mantle & possibly install ventless, gas fireplace



Kitchen
- Install and raise windows
- Kitchen cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, & appliances



Second Floor
- Frame walls to create 2 bedrooms, 2 closets, bathroom and laundry room

Guest Bedroom
- Build closet system



Master Bedroom
- Replace windows
- Remove chimney
- Closet wardrobe cabinetry
- Fireplace mantle?



Bathroom
- Remove chimney
- Tile floor & shower
- Install glass shower door
- Install bath & marble surround
- Install toilet
- Vanity cabinetry and sinks
- Sliding door



Laundry Room
- Appliances
- Sliding door



Basement
- Dig out to increase ceiling height
- Remove and replace concrete floor
- Install water heater
- Bathroom & closet wall framing
- Bathroom tile floor and shower, shower doors, toilet & sink



I'm starting to understand Beau's aversion to lists...kind of overwhelming.  I'll add and cross things off as we go.  All of this to be completed byyyyy Christmas 2012.  Yikes.
